Online Breathwork
ONLINE - Sunday 6/15/25 from 3p to 4:30p PST
About this Class
Akin to opening the windows and doors within, conscious Breathwork practices have the ability to move our energy, emotions and physiology. Our inhale and exhale are hardwired into our nervous system. And knowing that, we can engage that pathway of breath to consciously stimulate physiological, emotional and spiritual regulation, decompression and repair. There are many styles of Breathwork available to us and all, at their root, generate a deeper sense of Self and homeostatic balance within. In this group practice we will focus on a 3-part open mouth breath sequence accompanied by evocative music. What to expect:Via Zoom we will breath together from the comfort of our personal nests. After a brief intro, breath observation and intention setting, the bulk of our time will be spent breathing to a thoughtfully curated playlist with my remote assistance and cueing. Online work offers a unique potential for potency, as we are together, yet in the privacy of our own spaces. This physical distance invites you to tap into the power of your individual inner wisdom and discernment to follow wherever your body-breath leads you, without influence of the group. No previous breathwork experience is necessary to attend, just a willingness to give it a try! ********************************************** THE DETAILS Registration closes at 12p PST on the day of class. You will be sent a Zoom meeting notice with prep info by 1p on the day of class. You will need to download the ZOOM app PRIOR to our group! It's free! For the best sound/music experience, I recommend the use of headphones or personal speakers (ie: not the onboard computer speakers). I will be unable to answer emails from 2p to 5p as I will be preparing for then closing our group. ********************************************** This is a sliding scale class, please read about how my sliding scale works prior to registering. Big thanks to Worts and Cunning for the model. You will find 3 price tiers when registering for the class: The top price class ticket is the actual cost of the class. If you choose a ticket price below the top tier you are receiving a discount. The middle price is for those who are able to meet their basic needs but have little-to-no expendable income. Paying for this class may qualify as a sacrifice but it would not create hardship. The bottom price is for those who struggle to meet basic needs and paying for this class would still be a significant hardship.
