We are living in unprecedented times of environmental, emotional and relational stresses. It’s no surprise that our breath (and life force) become stiff and clipped as muscles constrict and seek to protect.

 

Flowing through our blood, bones and tissues, our breath is one of the great intraconnecting rivers of life; connecting us within and out.

 

Our breath is relational, every tissue, every cell in our bodies requires this steady ebb and flow. When balanced, its flow is smooth, easeful, and replenishing, when stressed its flow is stifled, ragged and labored. The depth, breadth and quality of our breathing directly impacts both our physiology and our sense of vitality.

 

We can learn to track and feel this happening, we can learn to off load everyday stressors, build resiliency and craft practices that stimulate both cellular and subtle body cleansing to help bring us into our rhythmic, free flowing nature.

one-to-one sessions

One-to-one sessions are great for working with specific goals and challenges. Each session is crafted with your curiosity, healing and current state of health/capacity in mind.

There are MANY styles of breathwork available to us, based on our conversation we decide together which style or styles may best support the growth, experience and inquiry you are seeking in this moment.

No previous breathwork experience is necessary, just a willingness to explore! 

SESSION DETAILS

  • Each session typically runs approx minutes.

  • I am facilitating online only, at this time. 

  • Yes, you can book small groups or a private with a loved one, please contact me for small group fees, it varies on group size.

PRICING

I offer sliding scale pricing based on your current financial means. 

  • $200 - The actual cost of the session, if you choose a ticket price below the top tier you are receiving a discount.

  • $150 - For those who are able to meet their basic needs but have little-to-no expendable income. Paying for this session may qualify as a sacrifice but it would not create hardship.

  • $100 - This is for those who struggle to meet basic needs and paying for this class would still be a significant hardship.
