SHIPPING FLOW
Everything in this shop is made by hand and made to order to ensure the highest product vitality and integrity! This means that Items ordered and paid for will ship within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. You will receive an email noting your tracking number/information once your item has been shipped. Transit time is typically 2–5 business days.
We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

We want you to LOVE these offerings! If you have any problems with your order, please contact us so we can address it and have the opportunity to resolve it.
All products in the shop may vary. They are made by human hands, not machines, and while we strive for consistency, we also embrace our wabi sabi ways. It is common for batches to differ slightly in color and scent based on farming and environmental factors - that's the wonder of working with Nature, it's never exactly the same!
DAMAGES & MISSING PRODUCT
If you received a damaged item or your item has not arrived (please check your tracking info first and JUNK folder), contact us immediately. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
We can offer a product replacement or a shop credit for unique circumstances. Please send us an email with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out.
Please note that you are responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and Amulette Studios does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Amulette Studios.
