One of my passions as an End of Life Doula is supporting folks in reflecting on Death & Dying well before the actual event. Put simply, the more we reckon with our end, the more we tend to show up for our now. These are lost cost mini-consultation sessions for you to explore, ask questions and gather resources in support of your end of life journey, be it philosophical or practical. We can touch on... *End of Life Planning (ie: the paperwork, making your wishes known, the business of death) *Reflect on mortality itself *Talk about Grief and resources therein *Presence a strategy for a sustained inquiry into death & dying *Ask questions about Death Doula work itself It’s all welcome. So, come to simply talk, come to sort out (or update!) your Advanced Directive, come to gather resources for a loved one facing End of Life, come to wrap your head around home funerals & green burials. Wherever you are at is just right.
