About this Offering
CranioSacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on bodywork technique that focuses on the craniosacral system—membranes and fluid protecting the brain and spinal cord—to relieve pain and dysfunction by releasing tension in the body's connective tissue (fascia), while encouraging physical and subtle body movement. A very light touch is offered to improve the rhythmic flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and support the body's natural healing, treating issues like headaches, chronic pain, stress, and post-concussion syndrome. This soft and energetic approach is great for decompressing the nervous system and supporting a deep reset. There are many schools of thought around specific applications of CST. My practice is less about following a rigid technique or style and more about staying curious, listening and responding to your body within a given moment. A NOTE ON PRICING: In an effort to balance accessibility alongside cost of living, I offer sliding scale pricing based on your current financial means: $150 - The actual cost of the session, if you choose a ticket price below the top tier you are receiving a discount. $130 - For those who are able to meet their basic needs but have little-to-no expendable income. Paying for this session may qualify as a sacrifice but it would not create hardship. $110 - This is for those who struggle to meet basic needs and paying for this class would still be a significant hardship.
Booking Details
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS Last minute cancellations can be difficult to fill. Please approach our time together with care. I kindly ask for 48 hrs notice when needing to cancel or reschedule our time. A 50% service fee will be charged, should you cancel within less than 48 hrs. Emergencies and illness do happen! Be it an unexpected life event or feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment as early as possible. Your health (and mine) is priority. If I need to cancel or reschedule our session, a full refund will be applied to any prepaid services within 2 business days and / or will be rescheduled as soon as possible. Late Arrivals will be charged 100% of service fee for duration of time left. In the event of a No Show/ Missed Appointment, a fee in the full amount of the service will be charged to the card on file and/ or must be paid prior to rescheduling the appointment. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS When you book a session, a deposit is required to hold your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your session total and serves as a shared commitment. Remainder of your session fee is payable at the time of service. I accept cash, all major credit cards, debit cards and Venmo.
