For a single cup infusion:

• 1 Tbsp per 8oz of hot water, let steep for 5 to 10 minutes and strain.

For a single cup decoction:

• 1 Tbsp per 8 oz of cold water, cover, bring to a gentle boil for 20 minutes, strain.
