As Facial Serum:

Apply dime sized portion to skin post bathing or application of facial hydration mist. Increase or decrease volume based on absorption and skin type.

Add to day or evening moisturizer for nutraceutical boost.

 

As Facial Cleanser:

• Remove makeup.
• Apply hot towel to face or rinse with warm water.
• Dispense 3 to 4 pumps (around the size of a quarter) and massage into face and neck for 1 to 2 minutes, using moderate massage pressure to assist absorption and surface circulation.
• Increase or decrease oil volume based on absorption and skin type.
• Remove with hot, wet towel, using circular, exfoliating movements to remove oil from skin and pores. Repeat as needed.

 

As Body Oil:

Apply daily after bathing or dry brushing, taking time to massage into skin. Add to body lotion or moisturizer for a nutraceutical boost.

 

As Hair Mask:

• Apply oil to dry hair.
• Fully coat from scalp to ends. Taking care to massage into the scalp.
• Wrap in an old towel (oil may stain) and let soak for a minimal of 20 mins.
• Shampoo & condition as normal.
