On skin, use daily after shower or dry brushing.

On hair, use weekly as a hair mask or on dry ends as needed. 

 

Hair Mask Steps:

• Apply oil to dry hair.
• Fully coat from scalp to ends. Taking care to massage into the scalp.
• Wrap in an old towel (oil may stain) and let soak for a minimal of 20 mins.
• Shampoo & condition as normal.
