Use 1-2 drops on mask, clothing or in EO diffuser as desired. Always mix into a carrier before use on skin or in the bath.

ABOUT THE OILS:

FRANKINCENSE:: A known anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, calmative and immune tonic. Frankincense encourages tranquility, mental focus and grounding.
High in: Alpha-pinene

HYSSOP:: A known anti-viral, anti-bacterial, decongestant and digestive stimulant. Hyssop "holy herb" encourages an opening of the breath, a purging of sticky mental and/or physical energies and a strengthening of our personal boundaries.
High in: Linalool, 1,8-cineole

LAUREL LEAF:: A known anti-viral, anti-bacterial, expectorant and neurotonic. Laurel encourages physical, mental and energetic flow, warmth, courage and clarity.

BERGAMOT:: An known anti-depressive, anti-bacterial and calmative. Bergamot encourages the release of stagnation, anxiety, irritability and frustration.
